Educan reserves the right to disallow request
for changes or cancellations. Reasonable change orders
subject to additional charges for material, labor and other
costs will be entertained when the request for change is
received in writing in time for changes to be implemented.
Orders may not be cancelled without the consent of
Educan and are subject to a charge based on
cost incurred. Deposits are subject to forfeiture in the
event of cancellation. |
