Educan warrants the furniture of its manufacture to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of original shipment.   Under this warranty, the Company holds its obligations and the Purchaser's recourse to be restricted to the repair and replacement of furniture which proves defective when used normally, under normal conditions and according to the Company's published instructions, and within the above stated period of time.  The Purchaser's recourse will be at the Company's option, F.O.B. the Company's plant.  This warranty does not extend to factors over which the Company has no control.  This warranty does not cover colour, grain of texture of wood, plastic laminates, fabrics or other materials.  In the event of repair and /or replacement of any defective product, Educan does not warrant matching of colour, grain, texture or dye lots.
